To support our service team, we are looking for a
Service Technician, 100% workload (D, E an advantage)
Tasks
- Carrying out repairs, annual maintenance and new installations of production machines at the customer's site
- Providing diagnostics and technical support at the customer's site, by telephone and via remote access from the home office
- Process analysis and process support
- When workload is low, support the service department in the Hünenberg ZG office from the home office
Qualifications
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician, Automation technician, electronics technician, polymechanic or similar professions
- PC and Windows knowledge plus ideally IT/network knowledge
- Category B driving license
- Interest and pleasure in working as a service technician (throughout Switzerland)
- High service and customer orientation
- Independent, solution-oriented and networked thinking
