ASYS AES 03D

Magazine unloader with receiving platform for 2 magazines
  • The AES 03D input station is used for the automatic loading of printed circuit boards into an SMT line or into individual process systems such as stencil printers, assembly systems, reflow ovens or test systems.
  • The printed circuit boards are pulled out of the magazine onto the transfer belt by an extractor. The transfer belt is moved sideways to the transfer position by a shuttle mechanism and the printed circuit board is transferred to the downstream system.
