Intelligent automatic warehouse management system capable of efficiently supplying SMT and THT production lines with components. A modular and flexible solution for integration with all major management systems. The product range of Ultraflex storage systems includes expansion modules for up to 3900 reels, also available as a "fully automatic version", additional expansion modules and the integration of "Automatic Mobile Robots" (AMRs).

Unlike most intelligent storage systems, Essegi's Ultraflex storage systems use anti-static and robust cases for storing and handling the castors, guaranteeing a high level of safety and flexibility.
The cases are suitable for rolls from 7" to 15" as well as loose components thanks to a modular click system that allows the capacity to be increased in height from 8 to 88 mm.
The CASES guarantee:
- Handling speed: retrieval of 54 rolls in 10 seconds (operator time).
- Compatibility of various rolls: damaged rolls, with loose tape or without vacuum packaging.
- Handling of various electronic materials: reels, JEDEC trays, THT components, small parts, etc.
- Safe handling: stackable in easy-to-transport kits.
